Vaudoise offers a paid 6-month university internship starting in February 2026 in the field of sustainability for its Individual Life department.
In accordance with the sustainable development strategy of its group, Vaudoise aims to integrate more sustainable development factors into its products and services.
Your missions
To achieve this goal, the company wishes to conduct an in-depth analysis of the issue.
The project includes the following key steps:
- Define ESG criteria to help the company better understand what constitutes a sustainable life insurance product.
- Analyze best practices in the sector in this area based on a benchmarking of Vaudoise's direct competitors.
- Develop an ESG assessment tool to understand how existing products integrate ESG criteria.
- Identify existing products and services that incorporate sustainability aspects.
- Define ideas for new products in line with the needs and expectations of the business lines.
This project is of strategic importance to Vaudoise and will result in an action plan to be presented to the company’s management.
The student will be trained and supported in their tasks by two staff members who are experts in sustainability and product management. He/She will be in contact with interdisciplinary topics and will collaborate with several functional areas, including asset management.
About the Individual Life department
The Individual Life department of Vaudoise offers comprehensive personal insurance solutions, providing financial protection and long-term security for individuals and their families.
Your qualifications
- You are currently a Master’s student in a field related to sustainable development and finance/management.
- You have good knowledge of investment products and/or are willing to develop them.
- You master French in order to collaborate effectively with all stakeholders.
- You are independent, autonomous, flexible, and curious.
