Receptionist (60%)

Task:

• Management of the telephone central in German, French and English
• Reception of clients
• Independent management of incoming and outgoing mail
• Administration of office equipment
• Support for secretarial work
• Various administrative tasks

We expect:

• EFZ (3-year apprenticeship) or higher education at tertiary level (federal diploma, federal master's diploma, professional certificate)
• Fluent in English, German and French
