As part of a position renewal within the SIGMA unit (Asset Management and Maintenance Information System), we are offering a position of:
Business Analyst
Your mission
Reporting to the Head of the SIGMA unit, you will analyze functional, operational, and strategic needs within an asset governance logic, and formalize them to propose the best-adapted solutions. You will actively participate in structuring the technical domain and implementing the asset management system, supporting activities such as process formalization, testing, training, and continuous improvement.
Your contribution will be part of developing asset management maturity and the digital transformation actions led by the SIGMA unit.
Your main responsibilities
• Contribute to the structuring and organization of the SIGMA unit as well as the deployment of the asset management approach in the technical domain,
• describe, formalize, and evolve the process reference framework related to asset management, ensuring compliance with good modeling practices (BPMN) and document coherence,
• participate in the implementation of ISO 55001, 55012, and 55013 standards, particularly on process governance, stakeholder involvement, and data management as assets,
• contribute to structuring and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the asset management system and associated governance,
• represent the business in asset management and digital transformation projects, analyze detailed needs, and write functional specifications,
• lead or coordinate functional validation and test strategy, participate in test execution and gap analysis,
• ensure the link between business departments, IT service, external partners, and users,
• identify and propose continuous improvement, innovation, or process and tool optimization initiatives,
• document possible solutions and their business impacts, write prequalification sheets, and support their implementation,
• contribute to spreading the asset management culture and increasing skills in the technical domain.
Your profile
• Higher professional education (University or Engineering School) or equivalent training,
• training in business analysis (Business Analysis, BABOK) or asset management (ISO 55000) desired,
• minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or organizational transformation, ideally in a technical or industrial context,
• proven experience in business process formalization and modeling (BPMN, Signavio, Bizagi or equivalent),
• knowledge of SAP ERP systems (ECC6 or S/4HANA), mastery of the PM module; knowledge of FI (AA), CO, MM modules or BI is an asset,
• strong knowledge or marked interest in asset governance, process management, data quality, and ISO 55000/55001/55012/55013 standards,
• strong change management, listening, and communication skills, team spirit and collaboration,
• synthesis skills, writing rigor, and ability to simplify complex information,
• customer orientation, service mindset, and appetite for cross-functional work between technical trades and information systems,
• perfect command of French (written and spoken), good knowledge of English; German is an asset.
