Be responsible for all tasks related to a specific geographical region or network program in the Network Rollout department for new telecom sites and/or upgrade of telecom sites, within our Estates Team (Network Rollout Telecom site acquisition & permitting).

 

Your duties

• Managing external subcontractors in the acquisition & permitting domain of new telecom sites and/or upgrade of telecom sites
• Managing outgoing requests to other operators when needed for new telecom sites and/or upgrade telecom sites
• Point of contact for authorities within designated region or network program
• Project management, including reporting and forecasting on all Program activities within designated area or network program according our Rollout milestone process
• Permitting activities with communal and cantonal authorities of the assigned projects for telecom sites
• Pre-approval of lease agreements according to standard terms and conditions if required
• Issuing of Purchase Orders to subcontractors and other third parties including acceptance of delivery (SAP)
• Administrative tasks for assigned projects within designated area or network program

 

What you bring

• Experience in Telecommunications (site acquisition and permitting) is a plus
• Experience in project management, preferably in telecom industry
• Contract negotiations skills, supplier management experience is a plus
• Good communication skills , pragmatic approach to problem solving
• English is mandatory
• Advanced level in French or German
