These tasks await you:

First point of contact for all IT inquiries and technical malfunctions (first and second level support)

Analysis, prioritization, and processing of support cases – including documentation

Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software components

Management of user accounts, permissions, and passwords in systems such as Active Directory and M365

Support in the operation and monitoring of IT systems and networks. Ensuring high availability

Participation in system updates, IT projects, as well as in the implementation of policies and training

What distinguishes you:

Completed basic training in the IT field

Initial experience in a similar role or in IT operations is an advantage

Strong sense of responsibility and careful handling of confidential data

Willingness for occasional on-call duty and support outside regular working hours

Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
