Training and Development Manager
Purpose of the position:
Above Restaurant Level and Store level employees’ competencies development for effective business strategy implementation across the region in a frame of KFC Pan-European Academy
Position functions:
- Short-term and long-term Pan European Academy strategy implementation
- Participate in planning and management of the Academy budget
- Ensure the participation of Academy in ESG projects: developmental programs, career guidance programs, social purpose projects etc.
- Interact with external providers, conduct negotiations and tenders for projects and educational initiatives
- Carry out the necessary documentation flow necessary for the Academy activities
- Develop and conduct training programs to support the capabilities development of KFC employees across Pan-European region (leadership trainings, personal growth trainings and other soft skills programs)
- Understand the needs of skills development for Talents across the region, formulate the pedagogical objectives and make proposals on the pedagogical approach;
- Develop the pedagogical engineering of in-house program and ensure the production of the pedagogical materials, in coordination with the business experts, the BU representatives, the Global digital learning team and the possible service provider;
- Define and manage the program design and testing schedule
- Deploy Yum! Group training programs
- Plan and implement Academy projects
- Constantly research and implement best practices to improve the company's training and development system
- Provide support and guidance to BMUs regional T&D teams on training and development topics
- Prepare reports and presentations on results and achievements
Knowledge and skills required:
- Higher education (personnel management, psychological or pedagogical)
- Fluent English
- Experience in T&D projects management & ease for delivering training modules
- Experience of interaction with external vendor organizations
- Experience in facilitation of training programs and seminars (including online) for at least 3 years
- Experience in training systems design and development for at least 3 years
- Project team management skills, excellent organizational & PowerPoint skills; focus on results and high self-organization; good analytical skills, strong leadership skills
- Multitasking in a fast pace environment
- Good relationship and mastering writing communication
- Autonomous, stress resilience & agility in ambiguity
