Sales Support Officer (a) 80 - 100 %

• you process orders and offers in SalesForce
• you manage the customer base efficiently and carefully
• you take care of complaint management and ensure quick solutions
• you ensure the smooth running of production
• you assist our private customers in a friendly and competent manner on the phone and at the counter

• you have a commercial basic education or a comparable qualification
• you are confident in handling MS Office products
• you have good German skills in spoken and written form
• ideally, you already have experience with SalesForce
