B2B CUSTOMER SERVICES SPECIALIST FR/ENG/GER - 100% - CDI
For one of our clients in the watchmaking industry, we are looking for a trilingual B2B CUSTOMER SERVICES SPECIALIST.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage the relationship with B2B Customers, Maisons, internal Boutiques and their European Customer Relation Center
- Answer B2B Customer Requests about customer service and spare part orders by ensuring the application of Brand Policies
- Manage the repair portfolio
- Manage customer claims and escalate difficult cases to management or local brands stakeholders
- Identify improvements to enhance team efficiency and customer experience
Your profile:
- A first experience in a Customer Services or Manufacturing environment
- You are fluent in French, English and German (min C1 level)
- You are a dedicated and autonomous professional with strong stress resistance abilities
