- Conducting check-in and intake interviews with initial needs analysis as well as creating a structured case record and complete file notes
- Clarification and assertion of financial and subsidiary claims
- Advising clients, clarifying goals and expectations, planning appropriate measures, as well as triage and close cooperation with external specialist agencies
- Preparing budgets, reports, and legally compliant orders or decisions for the social commission
- Individual advice and support within the framework of personal assistance
- Case administration supported by IT (KLIB and dossier)
- University of Applied Sciences degree in Social Work, ideally complemented by commercial training
- Several years of professional experience in the field of statutory financial assistance
- Team orientation and enjoyment of working in working groups
- Independent, structured, and precise working style as well as assertiveness
- Strong communication and conflict skills as well as enjoyment of working with people
- Administrative confidence and accounting flair
