Missions
Main objective: maximize the value of the self-service kiosk product for the franchisee system in CEE.
Define the requirements and the product roadmap for the self-service kiosk:
- Define what the business-critical requirements are for the self-service kiosk product
- Set-up the process for collecting, assessing, testing, developing and launching new kiosk features
- Develop & drive the product roadmap
Estimate & measure the value of the product for the franchising system:
- Come up with the business case for the product
- Assess all new requirements from the business case filter
Understand customer needs/pain points:
- Analyze customer perspective and needs
- Come up with hypotheses and test them to focus on the most valuable ones to be developed
Collaborate with FZ partners :
- Prepare the product roadmap materials and share with the FZ partners
- Gain FZ support and buy-in
- Communicate the outcomes/product metrics to FZ on an ongoing basis
Collaborate with technology vendors :
- Prioritize the development tasks for the kiosk vendors
- Define/describe user journeys/stories
- Conduct UATs
Other information:
Central & Eastern Europe Business Unit (CEE) countries (26) with almost 1000 current restaurants and opening 70+ New Stores per year
Profil du candidat
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or Finance
EXPERIENCE (and other qualifications):
- 5 to 10 years working experience as Product Owner within leading QSR, FMCG, Retail or FoodTech companies
- Strong experience with guest-facing solutions (self-service kiosks, mobile apps, websites)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in digital marketing concepts
- Commercial acumen (business case, financial modeling)
- Good understanding of technology lifecycle (requirements, coding, testing)
- Understanding of Agile/SCRUM principles (ideally supported by an existing certification: SAFe, Less, Kanban, XP)
- Strong product analytics skills (product metrics, how to measure, which tools to use)
- Proven experience in customer development/customer research
- Good understanding of UX/UI principles
- Strong communication skills
