Receptionist (A) 80%- Professional reception and support of internal and external customers
- Operation of the telephone switchboard as well as forwarding of calls and messages
- Organisation of meetings, room reservations and events
- Access controls as well as management of visitor badges
- Administrative support (mail, orders, data maintenance)
- Support in housekeeping, catering and other service areas
- Completed commercial training or experience in hospitality/service
- Several years of experience at reception in a demanding environment
- Very good German and English skills (French an advantage)
- Confident handling of MS Office
- High service orientation and professional manners
- Flexible, reliable and organised personality with a well-groomed appearance
