About the job

You are responsible for correct invoicing (including service verification) according to legal, collective agreement, and operational regulations. You primarily prepare outpatient invoices and provide information in response to queries about issued invoices. Furthermore, you act as a contact person for questions from internal service providers and work closely with upstream and downstream departments. You coordinate clarifications between service providers, patients, clinics, and insurers. Additionally, you participate in rejection management and handle invoice disputes from the outpatient service area, including cancelling and issuing new invoices.

Start date: 1 August 2026 or by arrangement.

• You have completed commercial training and/or basic or further medical education
• You have knowledge of medical terminology
• You have already gained experience in the health and/or health insurance sector and have sound knowledge in the areas of Tardoc/Tarmed, KVG, and UVG
• You are team-oriented, flexible, and resilient.
• You are accustomed to process- and customer-oriented, independent work
• You gladly take responsibility for your area of tasks and help to continuously optimise internal processes
