Project Manager Real Estate

Job description

• Planning, management, and supervision of projects related to the construction, renovation, and maintenance of our industrial buildings.
• Preparation and monitoring of time schedules
• Responsibility for construction cost control as well as building permit processes
• Preparation of demand analyses and feasibility studies
• Collaboration with designers, architects, and technicians/tradesmen as well as preparation and execution of the corresponding briefings
• Contact person for the local project teams
• Contract negotiations with various client groups as well as order placement
• Project reporting

Profile

• Education in building or construction technology (architect, civil engineer)
• Very good office and CAD skills
• Organizational talent, assertiveness, and cost awareness
• You work independently, are team-oriented, responsible, flexible, and committed

Professional requirements

• 5 - 10 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in project management

Languages

 

• You communicate in German, French and English
