The Zweckverband Pflege und Betreuung Mittleres Tösstal provides the population of the associated municipalities Turbenthal, Wila, Wildberg, and Zell with inpatient and outpatient care, support, and residential services according to the service mandate. At the Lindehus care center, 50 residents are cared for and supported with varying intensity.
By arrangement, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated employee for activation - 40% - 60% workload.
You bring the following:
- Completed training as an activation specialist or care specialist
- Professional experience in the geriatric field and ideally experience with dementia
- Independent and responsible working style
- High social competence, empathy, and joy in working with elderly people
- Good organizational skills
- Networked thinking and teamwork skills
- Flexible, spontaneous, and prudent personality
- Creative abilities
