Employee Quality Assurance (m/f/d)

These are your tasks:

• You create measurement protocols and document measurement results according to defined test plans and quality standards.
• You independently determine test values, evaluate them, and compare them with the required tolerances.
• You take over the documentation and evaluation of test results as well as the creation of corresponding statistics.
• You recognize deviations or causes of errors early and support rework or re-inspection of parts.
• Based on technical drawings, you derive test features and test scopes and define the corresponding test equipment.
• You carry out incoming goods inspections and check supplied quality documents (e.g., test certificates, measurement reports).
• You set up measuring machines and test equipment, operate them safely, and ensure their functionality.
• In the SAP system, you post goods movements and maintain test-relevant data in the MM and QM modules.
• You support inventories of the QA storage locations and also contribute to technical activities if needed.

What you bring with you:

• Successfully completed technical and/or quality-technical training, ideally as a quality specialist, quality assurance specialist, material tester
• You have completed technical or quality-technical training, e.g., as a quality specialist, material tester, industrial mechanic, or comparable qualification.
• Initial professional experience in quality assurance or metrology is an advantage.
• You have good technical understanding as well as secure knowledge in
  • metrology and coordinate metrology,
  • reading drawings,
  • form and positional tolerances,
  • hardness and surface testing.
• You are confident in using MS Office and ideally familiar with SAP (modules MM and QM).
• You work carefully, structured, and independently, bring team spirit, and have a pronounced quality awareness.
• Good German skills in spoken and written form as well as basic knowledge of English complete your profile.
