External Customer Advisor for the Cantons of Vaud and Valais
- Ensure follow-up and support of existing customers in the assigned sales sector
- Actively acquire new customers and develop long-term business relationships
- Be responsible for achieving budget targets and sales growth
- Conduct market and customer analyses to identify growth potentials
- Introduce new products and sell promotional and seasonal items
- Work closely with suppliers for optimal market coverage
- Ensure updating of customer data and management of reports in the CRM system
- Work closely with internal departments such as purchasing, marketing, and logistics
- Solid experience in sales, ideally in wholesale
- Good market knowledge, preferably in the consumer goods industry
- Excellent negotiation skills and solution-oriented approach
- Strong social skills and professional presentation
- Quick learning ability and structured working method
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Comfort with numbers
- Excellent knowledge of French (negotiation level mandatory) / German is an asset
- Category B driving license
- Residence ideally located between Lausanne and Sierre
