Your mission:

• to position yourself as an expert in your field of activity
• to implement care practices validated by evidence (EBN-EBP)
• to get involved in intra- and extra-mural research
• to analyze professional practices and manage the continuous improvement of care services
• to supervise, support and advise colleagues in complex situations
• to participate in the design and documentation of care processes and techniques
• to take stock and analyze the teams' needs in terms of training and clinical follow-up
• to work transversally with other HFR sites
• to actively participate in the clinical projects of the nursing directorate
• close collaboration with the medical-nursing managers of the unit
• to perform the function of nurse within the services by assuming all types of unit schedules

Your profile:

• nursing diploma in general care, ES or HES level, or equivalent training
• clinical nurse certificate or equivalent / or willingness to undertake it
• minimum 3 years of experience in acute care or equivalent experience
• knowledge of project management tools
• proficiency in French with good knowledge of German, an asset
• proficiency in common IT tools used in the institution
• ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
• autonomy, sense of responsibility and professional positioning
• organizational, communication and negotiation skills
• dynamic, constructive and innovative spirit
• openness to change and adaptability
• stress resistance and flexibility
