• Establish a close collaboration with your product manager to align product and tech vision 
• Leading an existing team of 8 individuals (aka "devs") 
• Support and protect your team to ensure their productivity and overall happiness (they do the hard work, don't they) 
• Support the team to write production-ready code that accounts for testability, readability, reusability, edge cases, security, and errors (you can stop reading here if these words sound unfamiliar) 
• Prioritize what is coming next
