Swiss Life Wealth Management AG is the business unit of the Swiss Life Group responsible for all investment solutions (asset management mandates, investment advice) as well as pension solutions (vested benefits, 3a) for private customers in Switzerland. Product management is responsible for the strategy, development, and maintenance of the product portfolio. The head of the product management team reports directly to the Chief Investment Officer of Swiss Life Wealth Management AG.

• You take on the professional and personnel leadership of the product management team and are responsible for two employees.
• You develop the product strategy and coordinate it – from market analyses through idea generation to decision-making and prioritization processes.
• Within the product development process, you are responsible for: product concept, project management, planning, requirements management, stakeholder management, rollout concept.
• Furthermore, you ensure product attractiveness through product monitoring and maintenance.
• You empower the sales channels through communicative support (e.g., product training, marketing materials, newsletters, 2nd level support).

• You bring strong analytical skills and work in a structured and organized manner.
• Communication skills, confident appearance, and assertiveness characterize you.
• Your high level of customer and sales orientation as well as your enthusiasm for innovation and design enable you to actively drive new solutions and ensure strong stakeholder management.
• You have several years of experience in product management in the financial industry, ideally complemented by leadership and project management experience.
• Sound knowledge of the financial industry and the product landscape of investment solutions form the basis of your work.
• In addition, you have excellent command of German and English; good French skills are an advantage.
