Your mission:
- provide quality care in partnership with the cared-for person and their entourage, respecting the current care philosophy
- apply and monitor hygiene, cleaning, maintenance, and storage prescriptions
- ensure orders and stock management
- ensure and promote interdisciplinary collaboration and actively participate both within the team and with all members of the institution
- participate in the implementation of the patient’s therapeutic project, in close collaboration with the patient and the interdisciplinary team
- actively contribute to the smooth running of the service by proposing improvement measures
- work in tandem with the nurse
Your profile:
- Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as a Community Health and Care Assistant
- proficiency in French or German, with good knowledge of the partner language
- experience in the surgical field is an asset
- proficiency in basic and specific computer tools
- autonomy, flexibility, reliability, and stress resistance
- adaptability and willingness to accept changes
