HR Business Partner / Process Improvement
Your responsibilities:
- In charge of the employee life cycle management from sourcing, performance, development, and recognition in line with the business partners.
- Provide HR support, thought partnership, and coaching to managers and employees in the given area of responsibility.
- Proactively identify and mitigate any conflictual, performance or behavior-related situation.
- Participate and support local, regional, and global HR initiatives aiming at the continuous improvement of the HR function, processes, and services.
- Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs.
- Participate as an integral member of the extended HR community.
How you can convince us:
- Swiss federal diploma in HR (or equivalent) or university education in human resources management.
- 3-5 years’ experience in an HR Generalist role with knowledge of multicultural environments.
- Languages: fluency in English, French and German.
- Full proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, OneNote…) SAP competency is a key asset.
- Good knowledge of labour law, particularly the organisation’s legal obligations in employment matters.
- Strong professional ethics; sense of initiative; ability to work in a dynamic environment while respecting deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task; diligence in following up on tasks.
- Attention to detail and ability to solve problems creatively. Proactive and autonomous.
- Strong sense of confidentiality and tact to communicate difficult decisions.
