For the areas of employment and migration law, we are looking for a motivated solicitor / lawyer at the Zug location as soon as possible or by arrangement.

In this role, you are close to our clients - and quickly take on responsibility. You work practically, solution-oriented and with genuine scope for creativity.

Your tasks & activities:

• Comprehensive advice and support for private individuals, startups as well as national and international large companies in all aspects of individual and collective employment law
• Litigation in employment law before courts and authorities
• Application for residence and work permits for foreign employees in connection with their activity in Switzerland
• Application for other residence permits, especially in the context of family reunification, for non-working persons or students
• Independent mandate management and direct client contact
• Development of strategies for negotiations and proceedings
• Collaboration with internal specialist departments and external stakeholders

Your qualifications

• Swiss bar admission
• Ideally several years of professional experience as a solicitor / lawyer in the mentioned areas of responsibility (advantageous but not mandatory)
• Entrepreneurial mindset, high initiative, ambition and motivation
• Enjoyment of client contact and pragmatic solutions
• Quick comprehension, pronounced social skills and ability to work in a team
• Independent, structured and precise way of working
• Confident oral and written communication in German and English
