For the areas of employment and migration law, we are looking for a motivated solicitor / lawyer at the Zug location as soon as possible or by arrangement.
In this role, you are close to our clients - and quickly take on responsibility. You work practically, solution-oriented and with genuine scope for creativity.
Your tasks & activities:
- Comprehensive advice and support for private individuals, startups as well as national and international large companies in all aspects of individual and collective employment law
- Litigation in employment law before courts and authorities
- Application for residence and work permits for foreign employees in connection with their activity in Switzerland
- Application for other residence permits, especially in the context of family reunification, for non-working persons or students
- Independent mandate management and direct client contact
- Development of strategies for negotiations and proceedings
- Collaboration with internal specialist departments and external stakeholders
Your qualifications
- Swiss bar admission
- Ideally several years of professional experience as a solicitor / lawyer in the mentioned areas of responsibility (advantageous but not mandatory)
- Entrepreneurial mindset, high initiative, ambition and motivation
- Enjoyment of client contact and pragmatic solutions
- Quick comprehension, pronounced social skills and ability to work in a team
- Independent, structured and precise way of working
- Confident oral and written communication in German and English
