You can look forward to these tasks
- Independent coordination and response to written and occasionally telephone customer inquiries
- Electronic recording and processing of incoming inquiries
- Review and processing of sponsoring requests
- Close cooperation with various internal specialist departments
- Participation in the organization and planning of events and sponsoring activities
- Maintenance of website content in our content management system (Typo3)
- Support with various editorial and administrative tasks
We look forward to this profile
- Completed commercial basic training and at least two years of professional experience in customer support, customer communication, or a similar position
- Excellent language skills, very good written correspondence skills, confident in spelling and grammar
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact
- Solution-oriented, independent and careful working style as well as a high sense of responsibility
- Very good MS Office skills
- High affinity for online topics
- Good knowledge of French is an advantage
