What you can make a difference in
- Welcome and respond professionally to inquiries by phone, email, mail, or at the counter.
- Make decisions in accordance with current legislation.
- Examine, calculate, and process files.
- Make benefit payments.
- Perform various administrative tasks.
What you bring
- Federal VET diploma or equivalent training, with experience in social insurance (ideally unemployment).
- Strong knowledge of labor law, social insurance, Code of Obligations, and LACI.
- Several years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in IT tools (MS Office) and the ASAL-SIPAC program
- Bilingual French/German, perfect command of French (another language is an asset)
- Sense of public service and strong social sensitivity in line with our values.
- Work location to be defined, Fribourg or Bulle, with travel as needed.
