The Zurich Cantonal Police, with its approximately 4000 employees, takes responsibility for security in the canton. For our modern and appealing in-house gastronomy, which caters to up to 1,000 employees daily, we are looking for a committed and reliable personality as

Your tasks

• Ensuring smooth operational processes as well as active participation in daily business to support the team
• Leading a team of around 15 employees including scheduling, employee discussions (MAB), and promoting professional development
• Organizing and conducting serviced events and functions, from planning and participation to billing
• Responsibility for the proper training of our apprentices
• Further development and monitoring of the HACCP concept (hygiene) as well as training of employees
• Ensuring daily cash reconciliations[RV1] and system administration (TCPOS), as well as posting the associated delivery notes

Your profile

• Completed basic training as EFZ restaurant specialist complemented by further training as department head in catering or gastro operations manager with federal diploma / HFP or a comparable qualification (hotel management school HF, HFP)
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Good comprehension and high service orientation as well as high physical and mental resilience
• Flexibility, enthusiasm, and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to work irregular hours and weekend shifts
