In this role, you will work both in the administration in Kriens and at Pilatus Kulm, thus being the direct contact person for our employees on site.
What you can achieve
- Responsible for all personnel processes from hiring to termination for the Hotels & Gastronomy area, including payroll and social insurance
- Comprehensive advice and support for line managers and employees in the Hotels & Gastronomy sector on all personnel matters
- Independent processing of payroll and management of the social insurance area
- Additional administrative tasks in the personnel area
What distinguishes you
- Solid professional experience in human resources and enthusiasm for working in the diverse world of hotel & gastronomy
- Completed further training in the personnel field (e.g., HR specialist certificate)
- Confident handling of Abacus, especially AbaPlan and the payroll module
- Very good knowledge of payroll accounting and social insurance
- Communicative, negotiation-secure, and engaging personality with an eye for practical feasibility and constant process optimization
