Description

Financial accounting & Finance operations :

• Ownership of the Swiss GAAP accounting with full balance sheet accounts reconciliations (includes permanent establishments)
• Reviews and approves the accounting treatment for significant transactions
• Develops, implements and maintains accounting policies and finance procedures to ensure accuracy on all aspects of day-to-day accounting (Cash, Bank accounts, FX, Capex…).
• Assisting with audit preparations
• Monthly analytical reports with KPIs

Tax :

• Manage all aspects of tax compliance for the Swiss entity and future geographic expansions.

Cost accounting :

• Ensure that all transactions relative to inventory are correctly reported in the ERP (quantities and value, obsolescence)
• Set-up standard cost accounting capability including analysis of actual vs standard performance
• Participate to inventory inspection duties with staff and monitor inventory management information systems

Profile

• Excellent technical Swiss GAAP and IFRS knowledge
• Experience in an industrial environment with a direct involvement in cost / inventory management
• Ability to communicate and influence at all levels
• Ability to contribute and grow in a fast moving environment
• Experience in ERP implementation
