Technical Product Manager

 As Technical Product Manager, you will collaborate with the production and sales teams to support production from design to sale in commercial channels.

The following activities will be involved:

- Carries out and monitors the execution plan and the product offer (Operational)

- Defines and implements the product offer (Marketing)

- Study and analyze the market (Market monitoring)

Operational level

- Coordinate the performance of the missions of internal and / or external actors according to the objectives defined by the client company

- Communicate closely with the different sectors within the client company: Quality, Regulatory, Production, Logistics, Marketing and Sales

- Write the specifications of the missions or services to be entrusted to internal and external actors

- Travel to the various actors of the Project(s) in order to control the operational structure

- Collect activity reports from the various operational players, analyze, summarize and present the results

- Follow the development schedule of the Project(s) according to the planned stages and any constraints

- Write progress reports and progress reports for the Project(s) (weekly and monthly) and make regular phone calls with stakeholders

- Ensure in background the scientific watch relating to the Project(s)

- Master updating the applicable standard operating procedures

- Ensure the management and archiving of documentation

Marketing

- Support all stages of the life of the client's product ranges, from design to sale

- Participate in the development of the marketing plan and product development

- Contribute to the promotion of products in Switzerland and abroad

- Prepare product arguments

- Participate in the development of commercial and technical brochures

Relations & Responsibilities

- Work in collaboration with the internal departments of regulatory, quality, supply and also external consultants, authorities or clients.

- Prepare and update the regulatory dossiers in compliance with the regulations in force.

- Follow-up submission of regulatory files to the competent authorities in respect with defined schedules

- Maintain the registration and help solving any regulatory related issues

- Guaranty the accuracy of the scientific data and regulatory dossiers provided to the competent authorities.
