We are looking for a Project Manager who already has an experience in Data Governance.

Junior Project Manager BI

This opportunity is based in Geneva for one of our client in the healthcare sector.

Description

50% Project management:

• Planning,
• Interaction with internal and external stakeholders,
• Manage the ressources and the budget,
• The use of project methodology such as: AGILE, Prince 2...
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed,
• Mesure the performance to identify where to improve.
• Last but not the least: we are looking for someone who has a strong leadership, someone who will facilitate dialogue between stakeholders. A federative person. :)

50% Business Intelligence & analytics:

• Develop the data model,
• Integrate data from different sources,
• You will be responsible of the quality of the Data for the organization, there for you will coordinate and design data input updates processes and quality checks,
• You will be in charge of the reports, dashboards and KPIs.

Profile

We are looking for a junior profile (around 3 years of experience max), who demonstrates strong interpersonal and technical skills. But more over, someone who really cares about people, and wants to improve patients' life.

You have a proven track record in Project Management with certifications.

You have a strong communication skills in multicultural environments.

You have a strategic thinking and leadership abilities.

You have a strong ability to interact with external stakeholders.

You have a good knowledge of data management (Power BI, MS Azure).

You have basic knowledge of Salesforce.

You speak English and French.
