Kitchen Instructor - Permanent contract - Glion, Switzerland

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the quality of food reach the School standard
  • Manage the food preparation in a kitchen and manage a service
  • Be responsible of the students learning and be in charge of the apprentice learning
  • Control the Daily production, manage the quantities and respect the production according to the meal plan
  • Have good interaction with the production kitchen in Bulle Campus and create synergy
  • Always improve students' experience
  • Organise purchase orders and delivery when needed
  • Control the cleanness of the kitchen according to the Weekly Cleaning planning
  • Always demonstrate better methods of work
  • Control the HACCP in the kitchen

Profile and experiences:

  • CFC (cook) or equivalent
  • Almost 5 years of cooking experience as Chef de Partie
  • Pedagogic certificate is an asset
  • Participation to pedagogic workshops
  • In constant research of improvement
  • Fluent in French and English
