Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the full 360-degree business cycle, from client and job acquisition through process management to contract negotiation.

  • Establishing, developing and managing strong and long-lasting relationship with the clients, using sales, business development, marketing techniques, and networking.

  • Expanding your own presence and the Randstad brand in the marketplace

  • Conduct phone calls in order to introduce Randstad services and set up business meetings with existing and prospective clients

  • Advise and educate employers and candidates on current market conditions

  • Source suitable candidates (either from the database, headhunting or specific advertising campaigns) and brief them on the opportunities offered by the client;

  • Manage the job offer process and negotiating salary packages

  • Provide a high-quality consultative service to both clients and candidates

  • Keep up to date on competitor activity and developments in the market

  • Highly committed and energetic individual with a passion for sales and committed to success

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional & intellectual ability

  • Sound relationship building and network development skills

  • Ambitious, driven and determined to meet and exceed financial targets and activity KPI's

  • Self-motivated and innovative individual and able to identify opportunities

  • Tenacious and resilient with a positive and confident attitude

  • Good negotiator with strong problem solving, influencing, questioning and listening skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication interpersonal / influencing skills with attention to detail

  • Demonstrated high-level Business tech systems and computer skills and eagerness to experiment with new digital tools

Language skills

  • German, mother tongue

  • English, business fluent
