Managing the full 360-degree business cycle, from client and job acquisition through process management to contract negotiation.
Establishing, developing and managing strong and long-lasting relationship with the clients, using sales, business development, marketing techniques, and networking.
Expanding your own presence and the Randstad brand in the marketplace
Conduct phone calls in order to introduce Randstad services and set up business meetings with existing and prospective clients
Advise and educate employers and candidates on current market conditions
Source suitable candidates (either from the database, headhunting or specific advertising campaigns) and brief them on the opportunities offered by the client;
Manage the job offer process and negotiating salary packages
Provide a high-quality consultative service to both clients and candidates
Keep up to date on competitor activity and developments in the market
Highly committed and energetic individual with a passion for sales and committed to success
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional & intellectual ability
Sound relationship building and network development skills
