HR and Learning Technologies Business Partner

Job Functions:

  • Participate in creating & executing HR strategy for the region.
  • Ensure HR KPIs achievement.
  • Partner with HR Head to build strong HR Brand as part of Brand overtime strategy in every country of the region.
  • Work with Operations to assure necessary talent pipeline in place for business growth.
  • Support FZs in equipping their organizations with best market talents.
  • Build strong employee capabilities in restaurants and office using modern training & development tools and systems.
  • Drive strong corporate culture.
  • Drive internal talent pipeline for the stores.
  • Bring to life our HEART LED HIGH PERFORMING culture.
  • Analyse, select, implement, and integrate the necessary learning technologies to continuously improve the efficiency of training.
  • Lead the implementation & support of an eLearning platform, being accountable for overall project success.
  • Partner with the selected eLearning vendors.
  • Ensure that personalized learning paths are accurately defined on eLearning platform.
  • Effectively oversee each step of the learning experience in partnership with various stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other business units on the development of innovative ideas, processes and practices that will improve learner outcomes.
  • Pilot new technology in L&D.

 

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR & Learning Technologies experience.
  • Experience in working with capability and leadership development.
  • A desire to grow our corporate culture and create a unique working environment.
  • Clear vision on how to retain and engage talent within our company.
  • The skills and experience to create required strategies and action plans effectively.
  • Budgeting skills.
  • eLearning development and support projects in portfolio.
  • English level C1-C2
