In order to strengthen our HR team, we are looking for a passionate
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you partner business by defining and implementing an efficient sourcing strategy to address business needs and nurture the internal talent pipeline. From talent identification to the enhancement of our brand desirability through a strong Employer Branding, you work closely with HR Business
Partners and Line Managers to ensure the alignment of the recruitment activity on organization needs and attract the best talent to support our business strategy.
Business-oriented, you liaise with hiring managers and local HR to understand and advice on the profile definition and define the best sourcing strategy accordingly.
Dedicated to attract and recruit the best talents, you develop you support the identification of strong external recruitment partners and align them on BVLGARI's culture and needs. You also support the Campus Management strategy working with the LVMH Group and career centers to enhance BVLGARI's visibility in top target schools.
Finally, you source directly with Linkedin and other job platforms and propose innovative approach.
Convinced that offering the best candidate experience is key to attract talents and enhance the company's reputation, you challenge and improve existing recruitment processes to ensure a unique experience of BVLGARI throughout the whole recruitment process. You liaise also with our internal teams to develop employee advocacy and offer the opportunity to our employees to be our brand ambassadors on digital platforms in order to share their Life@Bulgari.
You have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment (agency and/or internally ideally) with strong emphasis on soft skills in a fast-pace, demanding and international environment. You feel comfortable with IT tools (Office, web-based systems and Social networks) and are fluent in French and English, Italian or German would be an asset.
Analytical but intuitive, you are able to identify talents and their match to the environment, evaluating accurately their motivations, project, personality and potential. Fast-learner, business and customer oriented, you understand your internal stakeholders' needs and demonstrate passion and empathy to continuously anticipate and exceed their expectations.
You also know how to align your internal and external partners on long-term organizational needs while finding pragmatic solutions to manage short-term needs when necessary. Entrepreneur, organized and pragmatic, you are able to work transversally with other team members to evolve processes to maximize their efficiency. Last but not least, you know how to deal with ambiguity and actively embrace change.
