Description

  • Collaborate with line managers to review job descriptions and define sourcing strategies for open positions.
  • Counsel and guide line managers on the required technical competences and soft skills for each role, while collaborating closely with the HR community.
  • Post job advertisements using appropriate job boards, social networks, and recruitment agencies to attract relevant candidates.
  • Conduct screening and sourcing activities to identify and engage with top talent in the market.
  • Lead job interviews, ensuring alignment with the company's principles and values throughout the process.
  • Provide regular reporting on recruitment activities to both managers and the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Proactively drive talent mapping initiatives, constantly networking to identify top talent for strategic positions.
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience by providing timely and constructive feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Participate in and sometimes lead Talent Acquisition related projects to improve processes and enhance overall effectiveness.

Profile

The ideal candidate has experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, a university degree, fluency in English and French and/or German, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and professional social networks, stakeholder management skills, problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and a team-oriented mindset.
