Suisselle is a scale-up based in the technology parc of Yverdon-les-Bains, Y-Parc with an office in Geneva. The innovative products supporting beauty via several lines are produced in their clean room in Yverdon and sold to medical doctors and distributors worldwide.

In the frame of the growth of our business, we are looking for

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing projects that enhance our brand's visibility, market penetration, and customer acquisition;
  • Develop and implement the annual brand plan, setting clear objectives to elevate brand presence and market share;
  • To ensure a consistent brand positioning, and campaign execution worldwide;
  • Oversee regional marketing activities to enhance brand and promote local sales;
  • Provide guidance and support to distributors’ marketing teams, sharing best practices and ensuring consistent project implementation;
  • In collaboration with distributors’ marketing teams develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to specific countries, aligning with global brand vision;
  • Ensure close collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate and align marketing initiatives;
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to understand market trends and adjust strategies accordingly;
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics, derive meaningful insights, and optimize local marketing efforts for maximum impact.

Professional requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and brand management, including a significative experience within the pharmaceutical industry;
  • High-level strategic thinking, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategy;
  • Proven experience in global marketing management with an understanding of international markets, and global marketing trends;
  • Collaborates seamlessly across functions to build effective working relationships and align on strategy and execution;
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication and attention to detail;
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Strong team worker able to work alongside a multi-cultural group;
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, software, and analytics platforms;
  • Full fluency in English, good knowledge in French and other language is a plus;
  • Some travel anticipated for market visits and industry events.
