Are you a tech-savvy leader ready to rally a team of engineers to greatness?  

We're seeking an experienced Engineering Manager that ensures stability and drives further development of our B2B system. The main focus is on accounts for our B2b customers, handling the customer relationship and e-commerce. You grow people, you innovate, you prioritize. Interested? 

Your skills
  • You actually enjoy helping people to develop and grow
  • You coded and built software systems in the past
  • You are still able to draw boxes with arrows connecting them
  • You have an opinion and are willing to share it
  • You have experience in a leadership role
Your Tasks
  • Establish a close collaboration with your product manager to align product and tech vision
  • Leading an existing interdisciplinary team of currently 6 developers
  • Support and protect your team to ensure their productivity and overall happiness
  • Support the team to write production-ready code that accounts for reliability, extendability, maintainability, scalability and security (you can stop reading here if these words sound unfamiliar)
  • Prioritize what is coming next
