As a BCM expert, you are responsible for the implementation, operationalization, monitoring and further development of BCM for Axpo Solutions AG, additionally coordinating BCM on Axpo Group level together with other Axpo Divisions and Axpo Subsidiaries. Identifying and assessing the consequences of an impairment of IT and OT systems on business processes is part of your work. In the event of an emergency, you will also be closely involved in the Axpo Solutions “Emergency organization”.

What you will do

  • You are responsible for managing all activities related to the Business Continuity of Axpo's energy trading and sales division

  • You are responsible for contextualizing and making applicable the Axpo Group BCM policies and methodologies in the trading and sales division

  • You are responsible for the implementation, tracking, maintenance, support and further development of the BCM methodology

  • You act as a contact person for Axpo Solutions AG and its Subsidiaries in the context of emergency and crisis management

  • You take over the lead in case of emergency together with Emergency Team and you will initiate actions to minimize damage for Axpo Solutions AG

What you bring & who you are

  • You have a university degree

  • You know relevant standards (ISO 22301)

  • You have a proven track record in delivering BCM Projects and/or in implementing operational continuity plans

  • You bring working experience in the areas of Information security and IT risk management (Commodity Trading or Energy operations would be a strong advantage)

  • You have excellent language skills in English and German, any other language is a plus
