Description

• Analyze, draft, and negotiate ISDA Master Agreements, CSA, and related ancillary documents.
• Handle amendments to ISDA and CSA, including BMS, IBOR/SOFR/EONIA transition.
• Conduct due diligence and respond to internal and external client queries.
• Support the team and clients throughout the documentation and negotiation process.
• Write, contribute to, or review due diligence review guides for each type of document.
• Liaise with relevant internal stakeholders during the negotiation process.
• Organize the execution of completed agreements and dispatch them for counterparties' signatures.
• Leverage experience to identify risks and improve the effectiveness of the team.
• Collaborate closely with teams in other locations.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in contract management, particularly in financial services documentation.
• Strong understanding of ISDA Master Agreements and related financial instruments.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
