Role Overview
Manage product strategy, roadmap and major development initiatives of the Siemens common Remote Service Platform
Provide solutions for secure, reliable and efficient remote service capabilities for all involved Siemens service organizations
Ensure a smooth coordination of requirements and feature requests from the different Siemens companies using the platform
Drive the development of the platform and the organizational setup together with the Platform Service Management team
Coordinate and manage dependencies across different development streams
Understand that security is paramount for secure operation of the platform
Responsibilities
Refine requirements and validate solution proposals with different key stakeholders
Organize end user tests for critical development projects
Act as the main interface between the development organization and the stakeholders in the different Siemens companies and the platform service management team
Support and prioritize security, availability and other NFR requirements
Understand budget plannings and contractual implications
Manage critical escalations within the product development stream
Align with stakeholders on outcomes and added value considerations
Support ISO27001:2022 strategy and processes
Your Profile
Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
5+ years of experience in product management or similar role
Experience in Software Product Management is a plus
Strong ownership, responsibility, and accountability
Structured approach to problem solving and result documentation
Strong communication, networking, presentation, and active listening skills
Willingness to travel (5-10%)
Intercultural experience, high customer orientation
Conflict management capabilities
Customer centric and growth mindset
Knowledge of ISO27001:2022 is a plus
Fluent in German and English
