We are looking for an Events Assistant with a good level of both English and Excel.

This will be a temporary mission of 3 months.

Missions

  • Inputting data entry on excel
  • Ensuring all stakeholders details are accurate
  • Managing the director's meetings, taking notes, and following up actions to ensure delivery and compliance.
  • Drafting and finalising correspondence to external stakeholders, and maintaining a correspondence system.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders by email, letter and phone
  • Liaising with speakers
  • Securing venues
  • Managing the logistics of the events
  • Putting invite lists together

Profil du candidat

  • English (Fluent) and Excel
  • Experience of providing excellent administrative support, including diary management
  • Experience of thinking and working independently, and as part of a small and dynamic team
  • Experience of working effectively under pressure, to tight deadlines, in a fast-paced and complex environment"
  • Experience of communicating, both in writing and orally, with people at all levels
