As an Internal Communication Specialist, you will build elements of Nestlé's corporate culture and will contribute to the motivation of people internally. Furthermore, you will accompany everyone through change period, to ensure that all relevant employee groups are informed about the strategies, policies, priorities and performance of the company, engaging all employees to reach their objectives. Finally, you will spread our corporate message as well as contribute to building Nestlé's corporate image and company culture.
Key responsibilities  

  • Development of internal communication strategy.
  • Coordinate internal communication messages for defined target groups and their needs, in close co-operation with all departments and units, including General Management.
  • Maintain and develop communication tools and channels accordingly (Internal Social Media, intranet, e-newsletters, e-mails, external and internal events etc.).
  • Write, edit and develop stories in accordance with the communication strategy in place ("journalistic" role).
  • Exploit synergies between content created for internal communication channels and external communication needs (Corporate website) and encourage transversal communication.
  • Manage the internal newspaper (Nestlé Suisse Internal Magazine) and ensure the publication of 4 issues a year.
  • Co-ordinate consistent and streamlined internal information flow between headquarters, factories, NiM entities and all other locations in the Swiss market.
Required Profile 
  • Master degree ideally in Communication, Human Sciences or Marketing
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Strong redactional/editorial experience, ability to synthesize and prioritize
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in French & German, with good knowledge of English
