Job description

You are the person of contact for all internal stakeholders of Swiss Timing Corgemont and ST Sportservice Leipzig. In collaboration with the Shipping Department you oversee the longterm and strategical evolution of the warehouse activities. The implementation of new processes, and continuous improvement of services levels is a big part of your job.

While organizing the follow-up of all required safety regulations related to packaging, handling and labeling, you are responsible for ensuring that all pick & pack is ready for transportation following the given timeline of our activities and at the same time you ensure proper return and stocking of deliveries into the warehouse.

You are the main contact for all internal stakeholders of the company such as sports services department, maintenance and repairs department, shipping department, sales department as well as innovation and development department.

You lead and develop a young, international and dynamic team of 9 people, split between Switzerland and Germany. Beside this, you strategically manage the warehouse in compliance with company's policies and vision.

In this context, you will have the opportunity to further develop your knowledge in an international environment and to provide us with your answers to the needs of the company.

Profile

You hold a degree in logistics/warehousing and benefit of 5 years of experience to the related area. Visionary and solution-oriented, you have several years of experience in team and warehouse management.

With excellent organizational skills, you are able to accurately analyze information to take decisions. You are stress resistant, flexible and available and you know how to create a positive and motivating working environment.

You are able to reinvent processes and methodologies in a continuous improvement approach. You are flexible and available to travel regularly to Leipzig (D), and internationally to competitions.

Professional requirements

  • Strong experience in logistics/warehousing
  • Skilled in driving continuous improvement through process and methodology innovation
  • Team leading experience

Languages

  • Fluent in English, as well as in French
  • Good German skills would be an asset
