For one of our customers in France we are looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Specialist

Mission :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business objectives, challenges
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through the implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM
• Develop roadmaps for CRM implementation and adoption
• Design CRM solutions specifically for the needs and requirements of the organization
• Provide expert guidance on CRM best practices, capabilities
• Support change management strategies to promote user adoption and maximize the benefits of CRM implementation
• Provide ongoing support and assistance to users
• Lead CRM implementation projects

Profile

• 5 years experience in in CRM consulting or business analysis roles, preferably with a focus on Dynamics 365 CRM
• Ability to understand and translate business requirements into CRM solutions
• Project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Experience in Agile environment
• Fluent English

Other information
Duration: 6 months with the extension possibility
Location: Villeurbanne, onsite during introduction period is mandatory
