Learning Manager for our Hotel development & Real Estate investments module

In this module, students will develop an understanding of hotels as an asset category intended to provide a return to owners and investors.


This module is composed of three courses: 

  • Asset Management Strategies
  • Feasibility analysis, development & negotiations
  • Valuation of hotel investments


Your role consists in two steps:

  • organizing and contributing to the development and creation of the material for our online and blended courses in the domain;
  • support online learners with the appropriate learning resources and develop strong online communities.


Main tasks for this position:

  • Organize industry interactions, visits and interviews in collaboration with the course and module leader;
  • Collect all the necessary material for creation of online assets
  • Structure material under the supervision of the Learning manager in charge;
  • Organize the production of online assets in collaboration with the project team;
  • Support online courses and interact with online learners;
  • Help build positive relations with online learners.
  • Assemble and maintain blogs, newsletter and other digitally produced material in line with the program;
  • Coordinate and organize live online meetings;
  • Organize and update course material.


Criteria for succes:

  • You have a MSC in Finance or an equivalent degree,
  • You have a previous experience in managing online content;
  • Your mother tongue is English with excellent written skills and you have notions in French ;
  • You have a first experience in project management;
  • You are service and customer oriented, with high personal drive and accountability.
