In order to have the full responsibility for all sales business development activities in the Stationary market, we are looking for our team in Yverdon-les-Bains, Switzerland, for two 

Sales Managers Europe (Southern + Northern)


Tasks and responsibilities

  • Identify, develop and manage stationary projects through research activities. Proactively identify projects requiring Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
  • Sell, negotiate and close turn-key Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contracts, as well as components sales, when required
  • Manage all sales and business development activities - drive robust sales forecasting for designated customer bases
  • Perform the acquisition of new customers/projects by effectively converting leads into business and nurture customer relationships
  • Key account management and single point of contact responsibility
  • Prepare updated presentations on current status of business. Report and maintain all relevant information in the company CRM
  • Run financial project analysises and profitability asessment
  • Identify opportunities to expand the business through strategic partnerships and channels
  • Develop accurate and consistent bids to tenders with the help of the relevant departments

 Going forward this job will evolve to include the management of a sales team

 Knowledge and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical experience/exposure. MBA a plus
  • Sales, marketing, business development, business management experience
  • 3+ years of experience in the battery energy storage or REN markets
  • 5+ years of sales experience in managing large projects in a multinational environment

  • Willing to travel up to 50% of the time


  • For both positions : English is a must
  • For Northern Europe : German is a must, French is a plus:
  • For Southern Europe :French and Spanish are a must, Italian is a plus
