We are a looking for a Workforce Planning Project Manager to develop and optimized framework and processes. You will join the HR Team and a Project one.
Length of the assignment is 6 months with an immediate start date. Consultancy background is a plus.
Please note that this role will be part time.
Our client is a well established international organisation.
Establish Project Plan & Methodology in collaboration with the Project Lead
Define acceptance criteria by deliverable to be signed by the Project lead and Sponsor
Bi-Weekly Project Dashboards to report on progress along Quality, Time, Cost indicators for key deliverables
Support preparation of key project milestones, e.g. SteerCos, Executive Committee Meetings, etc.
Further enhance the change Management and communication plan to support the deployment and support the delivery (e.g. employee communication)
Operational Workforce Planning (OWP) Deliverables:
SME support to the OWP Project Team Lead assuring best practices are applied to set-up the infrastructure for standard OWP Reporting and Dashboard
In close collaboration with OWP Lead, produce Standard Operating Procedures, Process and Governance for Operational Workforce Planning and decision making aligned with the Budget and Strategy process and facilitate implementation
Support the OWP team in developing the change and communication plan as required, which includes, but not limited to,
Guidelines for Managers on how to make take qualified talent decisions for each worker type
HR Business Partner "Playbook" / Guidelines on how to support the organisation through the operational Planning Cycle
Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) Deliverables:
Review SWP approach deployed and consolidate lessons learnt for future improvement
Based on the lessons learnt, align on a plan to further enhance and mature SWP data collected as well as SWP methodology.
Provide transition roadmap to SWP from OWP and define the critical parameter that need to be met to initiate SWP as part of the next strategy cycle.
Provide a roadmap and support the integration of the SWP approach into core HR Processes, mainly performance management (e.g. succession planning for pivotal roles), talent sourcing (establishment of talent pools for pivotal roles), talent management (talent strategies for pivotal roles), learning and development (learning needs analysis based on the key capability assessment)
Change Management & Communication
Provide a change and communication management plan for deployment of SWP
Profil du candidat
Proven track record of head count planning and strategic workforce planning in a multi-national organisation.
Must have worked in a highly matrixed environment.
Experience in implementing process improvements across large multinational organisations.
Knowledge of Workday is Highly desirable.
