We are looking for a person with proven technical skills in industrial product certification. This person will have grown into a team manager role and will be able to provide the necessary support for the development of Eversys' activities.

Product Regulatory Manager - 80-100%

Our client Eversys is a Swiss manufacturer of coffee equipment founded in 2009 and specialising in innovative design of Super Traditional coffee machines. Eversys has a global network and several offices around the world.

Its vision is to bridge the gap between traditional Italian coffee equipment with the electronic intelligence of super automation, ensuring coffee quality in the cup is delivered every time.

In 2019 they built a brand-new factory in Sierre. In 2021, they launched a new product family. In 2022, a third model is appearing.

Description

Reporting to the R&D Director, your main mission will be to:

1 - Manage the activity of the whole certification circle

  • From the concept phase to the finished products
  • Reviewing the norms to be applicable
  • Identify and assess regulatory risks associated with product development
  • Having close relations with the certification external partners
  • Supporting and developing the technical team in charge of the certifications
  • Following all the development phases of the products
  • Administrative follow up with external stakeholders
  • Audit management

2 - Manage and develop of a team of 3 persons

  • Technical support
  • Team training and development
  • Budget monitoring

3 - Monitoring standards and legislation (international scope)

  • Developing new environmental and sustainable culture
  • Analyse the competitive landscape in development from a regulatory perspective
  • Project management
  • Being active within certification associations

Profile

  • Good knowledge of applicable regulations
  • Experience in interpretation of regulations, guidelines, policy statements, etc
  • Experience in interfacing with relevant regulatory authorities
  • Foster effective, positive interactions with regulatory agencies, and corporate partners
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English, German, and French
  • Demonstrate strong organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise personal workload
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal effectively with a variety of personnel. Customer orientation with open minded and strategic thinking beyond on function
  • Able to handle and oversee multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise in a meaningful manner
