Missions

  • Executing the complete payroll process, from data entry to payment and the filing of all relevant documents
  • Producingaccurate, timelypayrollreporting (AVSdeclarations, Allowances, WithholdingTax etc.)
  • Cooperatewithvariousexternal and internalpartners
  • Ensuring accurate year-end formalities (year-end salary certificates as well as other periodical reports such as insurance statements, retirement insurance contributions and unemployment statements)
  • Responsible for the sales incentive plan and the bonus for the non-sales population Handling various requests from employees regarding taxes, insurance policies, benefits, etc.
  • Supporting the HR team with various projects

Profil du candidat

  • 3-5 years'experienceofHRPayroll or Finance activities
  • Solidunderstanding for Swisspayrolllaws, process and policies
  • HRCertificate & further training in social insuranceswouldbe an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office speciallyExcel
  • Up-to-date knowledgeofevolvinglegalenvironment
  • Fluent French and English
  • Team player with strong customer service & communication skills
  • Well-organized, rigorous and solution oriented
  • Analytic skills and at ease with numbers
