Our Assurance team supports our national and international
clients from different industries (mainly life science, industrial products,
consumer goods, telecommunication and technology) to achieve their corporate
goals, to successfully complete their projects and improve their financial
reporting.

Assurance Services offers financial reporting advisory
services such as implementing new financial reporting standards, perform
IFRS/US GAAP/Swiss GAAP FER conversions, support financial reporting challenges
in M&A, divestment and IPO scenarios and help finance functions improve
their operations and internal controls.

We are also supporting our clients with new challenges they
are facing in the current dynamic environment with developing new solutions.

How you can make an impact

• Become a trusted advisor to national and
  international clients and their key stakeholders (CFOs, group controllers,
  group head of accounting)
• Support in complex financial reporting matters
  (develop accounting policies, draft accounting memos and support implementation
  of new standards)
• Preparation of carve-out or combined financial
  statements 
• Improve internal controls
• Process financial statement conversions to and
  from US GAAP and/or IFRS
• Develop new solutions for upcoming challenges
  and create market eminence
•  Be part of a growing team with great
  opportunities for your personal development

Who we are looking for

• A degree from a university or technical college
  in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
• 2-5 years of experience in financial reporting
  advisory
• Strong knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP
• Ability to manage complex projects
• You communicate confidently in English. Any
  further languages (German, French) would be an advantage
