Join Axpo as a Change Manager and play a pivotal role in the transformative journey of our ERP systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage the critical change required for the successful deployment of our new SAP S/4HANA ERP system. You will be at the forefront of ensuring seamless adoption and integration of this system across the organization, driving significant impact on our business processes and operational efficiency.

What you will do:


  • Lead the Change Stream for our corporate ERP transformation program (S/4 HANA & Ariba).

  • Develop and implement an integrated change management strategy, including stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, and training needs.

  • Create and execute a comprehensive communication plan tailored to various stakeholders, highlighting the ERP system's benefits.

  • Manage stakeholder engagement across different business areas, aligning interests and securing buy-in for the ERP implementation.

  • Coach senior program leaders, change champions, and line managers to effectively drive and support the change process.

  • Develop and monitor effective change adoption metrics, ensuring comprehensive coverage of change management activities throughout the ERP program.

  • Collaborate closely with all program streams to integrate change management considerations in all system implementation aspects.

  • Champion innovative and creative approaches to facilitate change, including the development and execution of training and training materials.

What you bring & who you are:


  • Completed academic studies in finance, business administration, organizational psychology, leadership, change management, or engineering/natural sciences with supplementary education in business or organizational fields.

  • Proven ability to lead teams within large ERP transformation programs, resolve conflicts, and manage projects.

  • 8-10 years in change management, preferably with experience in S/4 HANA ERP system(finance & procurement processes) or large enterprise system deployments.

  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, analytical, and structured thinking. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Fluent in German and English. Additional languages are a plus.
